After 12 years in pub­lish­ing, dur­ing which Mark launched and edit­ed over 50 sport­ing and enter­tain­ment mag­a­zi­nes, Mark moved to TMN Group as CEO. Through organ­ic and acqui­si­tion­al growth, TMN Group grew from sub £1M in rev­enue to over £60M, and its val­u­a­tion rock­et­ed to near £100M. Mark joined Linkdex in 2011 to head up the com­mer­cials and is now at the helm as CEO.

Chief Strategy Officer

Matt has worked in mar­ket­ing for over 20 years with SEO being his focus for near­ly a decade. As Co-Founder and Chief Strat­e­gy Offi­cer, he is the dri­ving force behind the Linkdex plat­form.

Matt works with clients across the globe to dis­cov­er oppor­tu­ni­ties to use data, insights, and process­es to grow organ­ic traf­fic and rev­enue – and give our clients an unfair advan­tage.

Matt cycles and with a grow­ing col­lec­tion of road bikes, he is fast becom­ing a cycling geek.

Martin Armstrong

Chief Technology Officer

Mar­t­in stud­ied Engi­neer­ing at Cam­bridge fol­lowed by a DPhil at Oxford. He start­ed as a soft­ware engi­neer at Psion, pro­gress­ing to become the Project Man­ager deliv­er­ing the Sym­bian OS for mul­ti­ple phone man­u­fac­tur­ers, includ­ing Nokia. Since 2004, he has been CTO for a num­ber of Lon­don star­tups, includ­ing his cur­rent role at Linkdex.

In his spare time, Mar­t­in helps his wife run a vet­eri­nary surgery, and looks after their 2 dogs, 6 cats, and 3 chick­ens.

Dan Cave

VP Product Marketing

Orig­i­nal­ly study­ing a BA in Web Design, Dan has spent time at every lev­el of SEO and dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing. He has suc­cess­ful­ly grown both tech star­tups (import.io) and blue chips (intu­it) alike.

Dan now leads the pro­duct and mar­ket­ing teams at Linkdex. He makes sure the pro­duct meets the needs of enter­prise SEOs, over­see­ing devel­op­ment of the roadmap as well as the company’s dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing.

Out­side of Linkdex, Daniel is an active blog­ger, whisky col­lec­tor, clas­sic car enthu­si­ast, and sailor, who fol­lows the tech scene close­ly.

Paul Coombs

Head of Account Management UK

After study­ing jour­nal­ism and grad­u­at­ing from the Uni­ver­si­ty of Leeds in 2007, Paul has worked in account man­age­ment roles across finance, pub­lish­ing and dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing.

Since join­ing Linkdex in ear­ly 2012, Paul has helped glob­al agen­cies and brands iden­ti­fy oppor­tu­ni­ties and report on their online mar­ket­ing per­for­mance. As Head of Account Man­age­ment, Paul ensures his team deliv­ers expert advice, sup­port, and train­ing to its ever-grow­ing client base.

Paul enjoys trav­el­ling, run­ning and sup­port­ing the mighty Southamp­ton FC.

Christopher Thom

Head of Brands and Business Development EMEA

Christo­pher began his media career 15 years ago, start­ing with pub­lish­ing in 2001. He worked for mar­ket-lead­ing pub­li­ca­tions with­in indus­tries such as gam­ing, con­sumer tech­nol­o­gy and gam­bling.

He then moved into dig­i­tal media in 2007, spend­ing six years con­sult­ing on web­site design and con­tent devel­op­ment with­in the world of finance. In ear­ly 2014, Christo­pher entered the world of SEO, where he has worked with both agen­cies and brands to devel­op their engage­ment with and under­stand­ing of search mar­ket­ing.

Marc joined Linkdex in 2013, bring­ing with him near­ly two decades of expe­ri­ence with high tech star­tups. Marc led the open­ing of our New York office in Feb­ru­ary 2013 and has played a key role in Linkdex’s US growth.

Marc leads busi­ness devel­op­ment in the US, expand­ing aware­ness of Linkdex and help­ing mar­keters uti­lize our tech­nol­o­gy to inno­vate, and help­ing them to achieve their online busi­ness goals.

Out­side of work, Marc spends time with his wife and two sons. He is also an avid sports fan and enjoys a round of golf when­ev­er he can.

Christopher Hart

Head of Client Development, US

Head­ing up the Linkdex office in LA, Christo­pher has been key in build­ing an expert account man­age­ment team that has both a thor­ough knowl­edge of the plat­form and a gen­uine under­stand­ing of client needs.

Christo­pher brings a mix of in-house expe­ri­ence and agen­cy exper­tise to the com­pa­ny, which he applies to ensure clients get what they need from the plat­form and from the Linkdex team.

At Linkdex, Christo­pher is excit­ed about the oppor­tu­ni­ty to work with a plat­form that is both effec­tive­ly aligned with the needs of the lat­est SEO chal­lenges, and mod­ern dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing teams.

Marcus Williams

Head of UK Sales

Mar­cus grad­u­at­ed with a degree in Mar­ket­ing in 1999, and start­ed his career at a man­age­ment con­sul­tan­cy. He has since spent more than 15 years in sales and head­ing up divi­sions in the pub­lish­ing and dig­i­tal are­nas.

He joined Linkdex in 2012 to strength­en the sales func­tion and has since risen to head the UK sales team. He sees Linkdex as a refresh­ing blend of inno­v­a­tive tal­ent cap­tured with­in an award-win­ning pro­duct.

Out­side of Linkdex, most of his time is spent with his wife and two daugh­ters, and a lot of DIY and gar­den­ing.

Phil Blackman

Technical Project Manager

Phil has worked in the dig­i­tal mar­ket­place since the late ‘90s. He start­ed out as a web devel­op­er but real­ized he had a lot more to offer than sim­ply writ­ing code. He’s worked across mul­ti­ple indus­tries for clients of all shapes and sizes.

Phil con­verts the ideas peo­ple say into tech speak, enabling our devel­op­ers to con­tin­ue to ensure that Linkdex is the num­ber one pro­duct in the SEO mar­ket­place.

Away from work, Phil will be found either on a golf course or on a foot­ball ter­race. He has been to match­es at all but a hand­ful of the 92 foot­ball league clubs, and many more includ­ing non-league play and fol­low­ing Eng­land abroad.

Jen­nifer start­ed out in music pro­duc­tion indus­try but soon dis­cov­ered her tal­ent for dig­i­tal mar­ket­ing. With over ten years expe­ri­ence in the dig­i­tal media indus­try, she has worked with many glob­al brands in the trav­el, fash­ion retail, auto­mo­tive, and tele­coms sec­tors.

As Glob­al Head of Part­ner­ships & Mar­ket­ing, Jen­nifer uses her pas­sion and enthu­si­asm to lead a team which looks to con­nect with audi­ences, edu­cate the the mass­es, and devel­op Linkdex’s strate­gic part­ner­ships.

Jen­nifer is South­ern girl at heart who loves all things sports and can mix up a great cock­tail.
