Prospecting Executive

This role requires exceptional social, verbal and writing skills, as you will be the tasked with prospecting and outreach for the entire Linkdex organization. You will drive business and brand growth through the generation of high quality prospective opportunities. With experience in marketing software or services (SEO, PPC, Marketing Automation, Analytics, CRO, Social Media) you will have managed a complex sales cycle – from lead generation to the management of prospects – and be results oriented. Commercially astute and customer focused, you will be a highly effective relationship builder, well-organised, tenacious, and above all else have the enthusiasm and passion that we at Linkdex expect from our people.

Account Manager

We’re looking for a top class Account Manager to build and maintain effective client relationships and directly manage assigned accounts with the goal of account satisfaction, retention and growth. The ideal candidate for this position must be comfortable consulting and negotiating with executives across a wide range of companies from Enterprise to Start-up.

As Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving renewals as well as growing platform usage across your customer base. To do this well, you will need to call on strong consultative and customer-facing skills and have an entrepreneurial, yet collaborative spirit. Business Development Manager

We are looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM) to join the growing and successful US team. The BDM will be responsible for generating and developing new business opportunities. He or she will be selling a sophisticated “Big Data” SaaS to Directors of SEO, VPs of Search Social, and other C-Level executives at digital and PR agencies as well as blue-chip companies.

Head of Prospecting UK

Linkdex is seeking an enthusiastic, outgoing, and self motivated individual to own, develop, and manage all lead generation activities for the organization.  You will drive business and brand growth through the development and execution of prospecting campaigns including events, social media, direct mail, etc.  We require solid experience in digital marketing (direct experience in SEO, PPC, or SaaS is a plus), prospecting and lead generation you will lead and manage a team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.

Head of Insight

Linkdex are recruiting a ‘Head of Insight’ to support our rapidly expanding Managed Services proposition in line with new client wins and expected continued growth. Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a team of analysts
  • Developing processes, prototypes, products
  • Supporting new business activity
  • Increasing industry visibility and recognition of Linkdex and the Linkdex Insights / Managed Services offerings

Candidates should:

  • Have significant agency / in-house SEO consultancy experience (5y+)
  • Be highly proficient digital marketers, with evidence of achievements (either direct or directed)
  • Be a ‘known face’ within the industry
  • Be technically proficient in one or more scripting/progamming languages; e.g., able to prototype tools, utilise APIs, databases, etc
  • Be able to evidence development of disruptive tools, processes and/or thinking
  • Have experience managing and developing teams
